Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Email general@thirai.tv to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
Mail your returned item to the address provided by our support team after your refund request is confirmed.
Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charges paid on the order.
10% of the item value will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still need to pay return shipping costs.
